Do you have a minimum?
Our products from Gill-Line and Mega Fast do have minimums, which are clearly listed on our thier websites. Our printed signage and sublimated items do not have a mimimum or setup charge so feel free to order just one!

What does it cost to setup?
Set-up charges range depending on what products you are considering. Every order gets 15 minutes of free art time and $50 an hour for time spent after that. Just let us know what you are thinking about doing and we will give you a quote and stick to it!

Do I have to pay setup on reorders?
Some products do require setup charges on reorders, but art charges are a one-time fee. And we will save your art indefinitely for future use.

How long does it take?
We guarantee your out-sourced products will be ready in 3 weeks from the day you place the order with us. This excludes orders placed on our "" site. Banners and other signs are frequently ready in 1 week.

Do you offer Rush Service?
We have partnered with select companies for thier depndable service, timeliness and quality. Nevertheless the time-line on most of these items can not be compressed, because many of these items are not completed in-house and are at the whim of our suppliers. Still let us know your deadline and we will let you know how we can accomodate you.

Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges apply to almost all of our out-sourced products. And can be a real cost to keep in mind depending on your item. Some signage won't have shipping charges so be sure to ask.

What is laser etched?
Some garments and hard goods can have images etched into them with amazing laser technology. No color is added, so it creates a tastefully subtle tone-on-tone look.

What file type do you prefer ?
If you have vector art that is great, just send us your .ai or .eps file.
If you have a one color design you can send us a raster image that is 300dpi to scale, acceptable file types include .jpg, .tif, .png, .gif. If you want to send us a Photoshop file or an Illustrator file just make sure all of your text is rasterized or converted to outlines. If none of this makes sense don't worry we will work with you to make the best of whatever file type you have.
