FAQs
Do you have a minimum?
No, we don’t have a minimum but we do have price groups, which are 1-5, 6-11, 12-23, 24-72, 73-144, 145-288, 289-500, 500+. A price group can consist of a variety of garment styles, sizes, and colors as long as they are getting printed the same way.
What does it cost to setup a new print?
We charge $20 a screen for standard size and $45 a screen for oversize. Screen setup charges can be a one-time fee.
Do I have to pay setup on reorders?
Reorders of 12 or more pieces will not have to pay screen setup charges and it doesn’t matter if you order a month later or 10 years later. If a reorder consists of 1-11 pieces we will ask that you pay half of your original setup again.
How long does it take?
We guarantee your shirts will be ready in 2 weeks from the day you place the order. Frequently we are faster and we always complete our jobs as quickly as possible and will call you as soon as they are ready to be picked up. A lot of the 2 week time frame is for scheduling purposes so if you know when you are going to need an order ready but don’t have all the details yet let us know. We can put you on the joblist and help you plan ahead, ensuring eveything is ready on time.
Do you offer Rush Service?
Yes, we can get a job completed in 8 hours if we need to. Rush jobs will incure a rush charge for the whole order and possibly rush shipping charges to get your blank garments in on time. Just let us know your deadline and we will let you know how we can accomodate you.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $200 within the continental U.S. We don’t charge you to have blank items shipped to us unless we need to have garments rush shipped to meet your quicker than normal turnaround. Most things come in in just a day but sometimes we will need 2-5 days to get your garments in. And we keep 100% cotton white adult tees in stock S-2X.
How much do individual names and numbers cost?
Names are $3.50 each and numbers are $2 each. We do not charge per character or per digit like some of our stingy competitors do. We will charge more for multiple locations and multiple colors. Screen printing setups charges do not apply as these things are unsually heat pressed.
What is Heat Press?
Heat press is a method of putting images onto garments. Usually this is used for names and numbers where the information is cut out of thermal film, set on the garment on the Heat Press, then acting as a giant flat iron, the image is essentially melted onto the garment. We use a high-end thermal film that works great and holds up very well for the entire life of your garment. Heat Press can also be used used for photo transfers. Photo transfers are great for a short period and tend to peel and crack over time. It helps to turn garments inside out when washing.
